Hi we are in the process of moving to Spain permanently and as such have had a Telefonica phone line installed, although our broadband and calls are with orange. My query is does anyone know how to get a statement from Telefonica, a number to contact, not 1004 already tried that, ideally i would like to view my statement on-line, is there a web address? Any information would be gratefully received

Hi Tony. Log on to telefonicaonline.com - Servicios de telefon�*a, Internet, ADSL y televisión. Telefónica de España su proveedor de telecomunicaciones. You will need to register where it says `Area Privada` then follow the instructions to set up your account. But it`s all in spanish I`m afraid.
