How depressing. Take all of the negatives you can find out about an area and compress them into doom and gloom. I am pleased to say that the 'report' does not reflect my experiences of the area. I thought Torretruths was bad.

As with everything else. Bad news sells better than good news.
IMHO I dont feel that Orihuela Costa id overdeveloped. I do however feel that its developed in a bad way.
Too many bad houseing projects, few green areas etc etc.
but then again. Its only my opinion.

Its amazing that people write so much crap. Orihuela Costa is a thriving place to live. Crime is lower than anywhere else and there is so much to do with many buzzing commercial centres. The beaches are superb and all the beach bars are excellent. So dont believé what these stupid local newspapers publish its all rubbish anyway
