Information needed on temporary work

Hi. I am 20 years old and a student in England. My summer vacation starts in two weeks and me and a friend (also a student) have decided to stay in my parents apartment which is located near torrevieja and attempt to find work for the 3 months that we will be there.

We need to earn enough money to live off but do have to pay for accomodation, it would be nice to earn a little extra to pay off some of the debt we have accumulated as students.

We need to find casual work in torrevieja fast prefferably in the bar/resteraunt area with plenty of hours available. We are both experienced in many lines of work but speak very little spanish (but are learning).

I have found these forums a great resource whilst researching the area. I was wondering if there is work of this kind available to young english people and how quickly we will be able to find work? Any input or critisism of our plans would be very helpful. If you know of someone or somewhere which is looking for people like us please post. We do realise it will be easiest to find this out when we arrive by going round and asking but i perhaps this forum could provide something useful now.

Theres are a lot of bars and restaurants that hire extra staff in the summer. Some requiere spanish some dont. I dont think you will have a major problem getting work if your Ok with everything

There seems to be plenty of bar work going depending on the area you are staying in you shouldn't need Spanish
