There are various boat trips available from Torrevieja Harbour. If you look at Costa Blanca News site or any Costa Blanca site you will probably find something going on to suite your taste. There are plenty of coach trips etc. and concerts.

Tabarca is great. the waters are crystal and some nice restaurants there too. Very expensive though.
