Tv interference Torretas Torry

I have just been informed as to why I get interference and voices ghostly voices on my tv and pc, it is to do with a CB radio user in calle saeta torreta 3, he house has got three or four enormous arials, you cant miss it, unfortunately he does not care about anyone else.

and reporting him to the police, does not help. it appears that being english here does not allow us to complain, people have tried to deal with the situation in a calm manner. he turns around and says its your problem. dont know if this is giving any answers to anyones tv playing up in this local area, or maybe further, maybe Mars looking at the size of the arials.

if anyone finds a solution to this i would be really interested. please pm

If you cant file because you dont speak the language then get someone else to do it for you, or bring a translater to the police station. Unfortunately the police here often doesnt speak anything but Spanish.
However. if he isnt breaking the law.... There isnt much the Police can do about it.
