Getting Broadband and Telephone Installed

Can anyone tell me were i can go in the La Mata/Torrevieja area to arrange to have a phone line and broadband installed, I tried the Telefonica shop in the habinnarus but they dont speak english and my spanish is not good enough yet. we will be moving to our apartment perminantly in September but would like to have it installed before, when we are there in july.
Any help would be most welcome

Go to the telefonica shop in Torrevieja on Ramon Gallud near to the church they speak English. Get your line. Then get broadband and calls from europa 1 cent a minute to UK. and cheap calls for friends and family to you.

from any telefonica phone public/private dial 1004 and ask (in English/Spanish) to speak to someone in English, you can order your phone/internet over the phone. We went into a telefonica shop that didn't speak much English and that is what they told us to do - and it worked!!

hi we got our phone line also from telefonica in torrievieja and they where very helpfull and spoke english take bank details with you. we are also with europa broadband excellent help also hope this helps
