Live Webcam

Dear Moderator,
why is the webcam no longer "live" but refreshes every 60 seconds so that it is effectively just a succession of still pictures.
We used to have great fun taking visiting youngsters down to the bar and then ringing their parents so that they could watch the kids on the webcam and talk to them on their mobile phones.
We can't do that anymore unless they stand their waving for about two minutes!
A minor treat but a great loss.

A good point well made RickT lets hope they can improve the refresh rate which will make it much more watchable/enjoyable,
