air conditioning/central heating

I took ownership of my new 2 bedroom apartment over the Christmas. One of the features (I was told) is that I have air con/ heating ready to be connected,( or did they mean it is wired? ) However the builder quoted me 2,100 euros. for connection. Adverts on this forum indicate that I could get a system installed from scratch for less money. I would appreciate advice on this matter or shared experiences.

Hi ,MINE WAS PRINSTALLED,This means all the pipes and cables are already in the walls. The prices vary a lot make to make.If you are a resident then buy a good make the electric consumption will be a lot less than the cheaper ones.If you are non resident and your home want be getting alot of use it does not matter as much.

The electric shop at Mercadona Playa Flamenca have top of the range Panasonic units inc. installation for euro 849 at the moment, also cheaper ones depending on your needs!!
