Hi all,
Got a question about the Telmicro TV system.... Firstly, are there any newer receivers available (mine is model no. CDVBC5120) - I'm looking for something that has something better than just than composite video output, which is the worst possible connection - RGB Scart would be ideal.
Also, why are some of the channels broadcast in 4:3, when in England they are in widescreen - I'm thinking of mainstream programmes on BBC 1, 2 ITV etc, Sky Sports/News etc. On a sky box in the UK, you'd change the settings to tell it you had a widescreen tv, and pictures would show without borders. On the Coship, you can tell it you have a widescreen tv, but can't change the incoming picture. Only setting is to switch between AUTO, PANSCAN and Letterbox, none of which work - the picture is distorted/cropped on each setting.
Any advice gratefully received.
