Gill, the abuse on the .co.uk forum is almost as bad at times depending how much alcohol some have consumed (I would think) but I agree with Bluealaska, there's no call for such behaviour.

google "the pirate bay" and you will find it there.

This is obviously infringing copyright laws. but then again, if you have internet in spain you already pay an additional fee to cover for this so.....

I did realise that i had made a huge error and that my tongue in cheek attempt at humour had offended some people and that is why i deleted the post as soon as i logged on after a few days away, I really should learn not to post anything on here after having a few glasses of vino tinto.

I appologise profusely to anyone i have offended or upset.

I apologise if i offended you with my post, it was an (all be it missguided) atempt at humour aimed at the ongoing tv (or lack of) saga that seems to be in the forefront of everyones minds at the moment.

Your reply (quoted above) i found slightly offensive as you seem to be judging me on the basis of one post, if you had looked back at my other posts you would see that i have only tried to help people with constructive replies.

With regards to me being a disgusting person (he by the way) how can you come to that conclusion on the basis of a few lines of text, you dont know anything about the kind of person i am, my aspirations or my goals in life.

Finally with regards to your last statement (just the sort of person we don't want in Spain) again you dont know me but for your information i have owned a property in La Mata for 5 years (completely Leagal i pay all my taxes ect) i have been planning my move to spain for over 5 years and as i have just retired after 32 years in the fire service i will be making the move in the next few months and hope to intigrate completely into the spanish society including continuing to learning the language (although i am finding it quite hard).

This reply is in no way a critisism of you but merely an attempt at explaining my situation so as not to give a negative impression of me as i am sure that in the next few months i will be relying on the forum for answers and advice about my forthcoming move.
