i have to say after speaking to a telmicro installer this afternoon, what hipchick posted earlier was similar to what i was told by him (guys name was John). I do hope though that is is not true as no person should see jail time for something like this. Mark01 not wanting to sound rude, but sarcastic\patronising posts does not make a pleasant read. If anyone has anymore info please keep us updated.

Receiving repeated excuses for not providing 'proof' that was claimed to be in her possession is not a pleasant read either.

Having to repeat the same requests as a result, is not of my choosing. It's rude and deserving of sarcasm - and would not have occurred had the original poster either:

1. Provided the evidence that was claimed to be in her possession

or

2. Simply stated that she 'heard' that......... etc. etc rather than making unsubstantiated claims and presenting them as verifiable (but then unverified) fact.

I don't want to sound rude but perhaps you could make more of an effort to determine the cause of what you find an unpleasant read rather than engaging in a knee-jerk reaction to the response.

It could be me, but I thought the british had grammar school. I just remember how relieved I was having a drink at Laurel and Hardy's and understanding that the Gentleman next to me was wondering what the correct form of Agere in singular and not the commonly abused plural.

I went to secondary modern school, too thick for Grammar, but what is your point here? Is it to do with Latin? Sorry, don't understand.

The plural of forum in trad latin is fora, but in modern-day english it would have an 's' added becoming foras. But to most normal people it would be forums.

As an ex-grammar school pupil who did latin for 3 years I'd still have used 'forums' were it not for this forum (singular) and wikipedia. Thanks for the education!!

It's funny what happens when people are deprived of soaps - does anyone think the tough banter on here could be related to withdrawal symptoms?

Fora v. Forum -

Before coming back, I did a Computer course in a learning shop back in the UK. The tutor referred to forum and fora all the time. I checked this on the inetrnet and it seems that singular is forum and multiple is fora. I now use this myself.

re. Britbuild - he's all over the place on the internet. Search 'Britbuild' and he causes chaos evrywhere.

Hi all. My name is Graham and I am a new member. I have recently been suffering with depression and anxiety, and panic attacks, when before I have always been in control and reasonably confident. I say recently....... perhaps if I were totally honest I would say that my condition has been growing and getting worse for about 2 years. it probably started about 5-6 years ago, when I always used to feel unhappy in the winter monhs (unhappy not depressed). I thought that I might have that newly discovered symptom, yuppy flu (or whatever it is now called). Anyway the feelings always went away, and I got on with life. But just recently I have been feeling very depressed (to the point of thinking, what is the point of life), anxious, nervous, and sometimes having panic attacks. So I have tried to do a bit of research about the male menopause ( I am 51 so I thought this might be the reason ), but the available information is a bit vague to say the least.

So tonight I found this forum, so I am sorry if my first post is straight in at the deep end but, I need answers. I need to know if this is a temporary thing, or something that I need to deal with and confront, for the sake of my future happiness.

So what is the concencuss ??? Am I depressed (and need help) or just going through the male menopause.

We have always been told (via out Contract) that all equipment is the property of Telemicro, therefore can we assume, as we change supplier, that our 2 boxes will be coleect and our 160euros (or in my case 320 as I have 2) be refunded. This is the amount we paid for our boxes.

Of course, it's possible to have more than one source but when originally asked, you only mentioned the spouse of a family member who worked for the Guardia as being the source.

Several days later you add/replace that with the owner of Telmicro (who, I think would have been a better source to have cited when first asked).

That IS a change in your story.

I don't think I've been ridiculous at all.
I've been posting information here as I was receiving it - at the time of my first post I wrote what I knew, and then updated a while later, in the belief that people were interested in what was going on as opposed to all the rumours etc. I can't ask people for written statements before putting them on here , now that would be ridiculous.
I'm not here to debate with people, was just sharing what I know.
As I've said before whether Telmicro trade again doesn't affect me one way or another and thought the info would be of interest...obviously not.
