Hi all I need help again, I installed broadband on Wednesday and everything going fine there, so OH phoned 1004 to cancel our dial up account through tarifa plana tarde the guy said thats fine no problem, well as luck would have it I didn`t fully disconnect my modem so today I plugged back in to see if in fact the dial up had been cancelled but guess what it dialled up fine I even sent emails without any problem. I unfortunately did not keep any of my bills, but that is yet another problem I have looked online at my bank statement and seen that I have not been charged since March. So what do I do now any ideas please. Oh I forgot to say my OH also phoned them directly but they are of course Spanish and we are not good enough to hold a conversation over the phone. Any help would be much appreciated.

Tarifa plana
The key thing is that you cancelled the tarifa plana... the way dial up works is normally on a pay as you go... so although you're not paying for 24hrs now, if you connect you'll be charged, just uninstall anything you have on your computer for the dial up and should be ok - just don't dial up on it, as you'll be charged for the time you're connected.
Might be an idea to call telefonica to confirm it's been cancelled but I think you should be fine of you just don't connect
