Sony Bravia tv changing language

someone mentioned recently that like me they had a Sony tv with built in digibox. The person (sorry can't find the thread) stated that there is a button that on some programmes you can change the language so it comes up on English - can't find the button! Does this work with teletex too?

Menu and then settings. My tv is not a Bravia but still Sony so...
