Why would Guardia be taking parts of transmitters for a case against tax evasion?
Why did other re-broadcasters take Sky programmes off and now BBC and ITV in some cases if the problem is tax evasion?
Also I would think they will be rapidly disposing of THEIR black money also if that is the case?
All re-broadcasters knew it was a civil offence to re-broadcast channels they did not have a licence for, they also knew it became a criminal offence in January.
TM had a licence to re-broadcast and rights to re-broadcast certain channels e.g. Cine, the same I would think as Torresat, don't know about the others. The clients also knew this, whatever they say now.
In my opinion, the courts are determined to shut down all re-broadcaster here and TM, as the largest company, was first on the list. I have no doubt that the rest will follow.
Seems to me freesatt installation is the only answer, you can get BBC etc direct from the sat, only breaking BBCs copyright agreements, not illegal - but of course the courts here make it up as they go along!
Finally, it is possible for people to move here to live and work, learn as much of the language as they can, visit other parts of Spain, have Spanish friends - but still like to watch UK TV e.g. soaps, I do not believe this is a criminal offence - YET!

You make yourself out to be the "saviour of the people", when all you are really interested in is being a sensationalist and rumour monger.

I am not going to enter into old arguments (i.e. old threads) as I'm sure most have read them, but every thread that you start seems to be yet another old story, revamped to make it more "interesting", when really all it is is another attempt to start off yet another rumour, in order to make yourself feel important.

When will people realise that 99% of what they read on here is supposition and heresay, and the other 1% is fiction.
