Broadband - rip off?

In this weeks Coastrider I noticed an advert for Broadband from a company called iaksess. Appeard worth contacting them for what they were offering. I was amazed though, I live in Torrevieja in an established area near the Salt Boat marina so not exactly out in the wilds, and they told me in their "plain english" it would cost €500 to set up! Needless to say, I put the phone down pretty darn quick!

we use this company and it has been great internet , the more of you that sign up it becomes cheaper , a few of our neighbours did it and was alot cheaper than that! will try and find out what we paid for you

500 € for the setup is still a rip off, Even if it is a rural area. Mobile internet is getting cheaper and cheaper.
