Estate Agents/House for Sale

For personal reasons, I am having to seriously consider selling.

I am the owner/occupier of a Promosol -San Jose built 2002 Marbella style quad bungalow. It has two bedrooms, bathroom, front room, kitchen, galleria, reasonable patio and garden with paved area, exterior ground floor store, stairs leading to solarium with two roof store rooms and lots of extra items. In good maintenance and decorative repair with many extras. It is less than a minute from the community pool with ready parking available. It is situated behind Cabo Roig, Orihuela Costa. I think the asking price of E 120,000 is reasonable but would happily to a deal in Sterling. I need to secure enough to buy a property in the British Isles.

Does anyone have knowledge whether this seems a good asking price please? (Less than a year ago, identical properties were fetching 145 to 165,000)

Can anyone recommend a reasonable estate agent near this location please ?

I dont know the model you are selling, Nor do I know if you have sea view or anything.
I know of properties in the area though that are going for less.

I know of a builder who has dropped prices for a 2 bedroom, 2bath groundfloor apartment that has dropped from 155K to 95K

Why dont you get a few agents out. aske them to put a price on. after 5/6 quotes you should know more or less what you can get for it.
