Torresat Frequencies Please

Last night I managed , do not ask I have not got a clue, to wipe all the programmes from my digital tuner. I recovered 30, only 10 English, by manually tuning with a Frequency of 330 and 370. A symbol rate of 6300Kcs and QAM64. However there are still another dozen channels I would like to obtain but do not know the frequencies.
If anyone out there can scan through their UK Channels and by pressing o.k. they should be able to see the frequencies and Symbol Rates, Take a note and let me know what they are I will be eternally grateful.
I am also posting this on the TV Forum etc.
