Does any body know how to receive the free tv that is being transmitted to telmicro cortship boxes. what do i need to do to receive these programs

my friends friend did something with their remote and got a few english channels it did say on their screen that it is free until the new year when they would start to charge for the service But while its free i would like to try and receive it as a big dish is to rich for my purse at the moment morgage coms first.

if you know how to do this please let me know
