Can any members tell me if they have had any dealings with Panorama Glass Curtains (Doyesmar Group) in Almoradi?

I am waiting for a system to be fitted after paying a deposit and they appear to have closed up shop?

I would be most grateful to hear from anyone with any info.

I have seen glass curtains mentioned several times before on this forum, what exactly are they? I have no idea. Please excuse my ignorance but I would like to know.

I have wasted so much money on return flights to get my installation completed!

we have had glass curtains fitted by panorama and have lots of little problems - they have always been good (in the past) and fixed the problems.

However we now have bigger problems and we are having trouble in getting them to respond. We will keep you informed.

Glass Curtains - Panorama - Almoradi

Dear Marge

I am so sorry to say that we are still waiting for Panorama to come and repair our glass curtains.

We have been waiting for nearly 4 months - although at the beginning they promised to contact us when a certain part from Germany arrived. We waited 3 months and then sent them two emails - phoned them twice, the last time being last Friday when they said they would ring us on Monday to make an appointment.

Needless to say they did not ring but we will not give up.

I have a villa in Quesada and last September 08 I visited (Doyesmar Group) in Almoradi and paid them over 1400 euros as a deposit towards Double Glazing and fitting doors to my terrace. They came highly recommended and I have actually seen the work they have done to my neighbour’s villa, but that was 18 months ago.
To cut a long story short they have not done the work,
I phone them constantly and all I get is excuses,
All the contacts I had such as Ingrid who use to run the office went back to Germany because her brother died, Paul the technician got the sack for misconduct, Darren Sales Manager is ill and on crunches, Lee top salesman left reasons unknown, the list is endless!!
I am due in Spain at the end of this month and the first thing I intend to do is to visit Doyesmar in Almoradi and demand my deposit back or else !!

Hello, how did you get on with this, we are chasing at the moment, apparently, our salesman, Jeremy, is in England!!we have left a message for him to call us back, we wont hold our breath, but we are in Spain this month and know where his son works, so, we will be visiting him for his father whereabouts!!and our deposit. The man in the Almoradi office was either deaf or in complete ignorance on what we were talking about. Please let me know how you got on. Thanks Kim

glass curtains

hi i think they (panorama) have a stall (?) at the british indoor market in formentera. think it's on every day from 10 till 2

also, yesterday i saw a stall outside iceland in torrevieja
