I used Panarama about 3 years ago to install glass curtains to the veranda on my villa, ( I live in Ciudad Quesada, Rojales) I was very pleased with there work and the curtains are one of the best things I have done to my villa as in the winter the temperature on my veranda is about 6 degrees warmer than out side and we eat out there approx 11 months of the year.
I have a small problem with some of the wheel runners and I visited Panarama today Monday 5th October 2009 and they were most helpful and resolved the problem straight away.
After reading some of the comments on this forum I was worried that Panarama had gone out of busines, but as you can see they have not.
I told them that they were getting some bad press in this forum and they explained that they too were suffering from the economic climate and were having problems with suppliers and therefore were finding it hard to please some custermers, however they are still trading from Almoradi and there address and tel No are the same.

Can any members tell me if they have had any dealings with Panorama Glass Curtains (Doyesmar Group) in Almoradi?

I am waiting for a system to be fitted after paying a deposit and they appear to have closed up shop?

I would be most grateful to hear from anyone with any info.

I have contacted the company in Madrid which is inporting the Solarlux Glass Curtains and spoken to the general manager. He says that Panorama has not purchased any Glass Curtains from his company for over 1 year.
And I have been told that they have financial problems, and that they are looking for a new investor.

Hi Gus!

You should check your informant! I don´t know if it´s true Panorama is having any financial problems, but they never bought any glass curtains from the Solarlux company in Madrid. In this case your informant isn´t very reliable. Sometimes it´s better to say nothing instead publishing wrong informations!

It is of course not Madrid, but Solarlux in Barcelona.

Panorama still not honoring their obligations

Just to let you know that I have never heard from Panorama, they STOLE my deposit and have never, ever fulfilled the order.
I have now issued legal proceedings and I believe that the owner of the business Peter Kautz has returned to Germany.
They will need more than re investment to help them out, they will need a miracle!!!!
With regards to Solalux being their supplier, I have it on good authority that they changed their supplier to a German company and have not dealt with Solarlux for ages.
The continually changing workforce does not help, when I turned up at their premises the man I saw just shook his head and told me he hasnt been paid for ages.
I am pleased that they were able to supply a small spare part to a past customer but they certainly cant honour orders paid for in 2008.

A Happy Ending.

My next door neighbour placed an order with Panorama glass curtains, early June of this year. He payed his deposit as requested, and then sat back and waited for the scheduled delivery date. When it became apparent that the company were having difficulties, and that my neighbour was not going to get his terrace glazed we started to investigate as to whom supplied "Panorama Glass Curtains". with there frames and glass. We located their supplier in early October, and my neighbour as of 3 weeks ago has his terrace glazed. The Company told us that they have several orders waiting to be colected. panorama glass curtains

We paid Doysemar Group ( trading as Panorama ) a deposit for new windows back in October. Work was to be done before xmas but this didn't happen. We were told by a company called Bayon who are occupying their old premises in Almoradi that Doysemar had ceased trading and gone back to Germany. The new company explained that they had taken on Doysemar's customers and were going to complete all the orders. Despite having had several fitting dates aborted they are now saying mid February. We have had no luck in getting our deposit back and were told "This has gone"??????? Does anyone have any further information or dealings with these companies?

Hi Everyone,
Again this is a general enquiry into glass curtains to see if anyone has any more information regarding a company who, at best is slow to deliver the promised goods.
The company in question is called Bayon and the have supposedly taken over Doysemar's trading as Panorama glass curtains.
If you have had work done by this company and it has or has not been completed, could you please post your comments, as this will either give hope to those who are still waiting, that the work will eventually get finished or it will help people to realize that they have lost their money and now can get on with their lives without that feeling of anticipation.

Hi rickelaine....Did you get anywhere with CyC. We are in the same situation as you and we know of others. CyC are still trading and continuing to fail to deliver. Does anyone know where Michael Krusch (the owner) is and if so he needs to contact his customers urgently before denuncias are instigated.

I am looking for a company that can provide small parts (glass curtains).
Can you help me to find a company who provide this German material, I do not know the mark of this material.
