disabled parking badges?

i'm disabled and have been coming to spain for a long time, and i've been useing my UK parking badge, now i'm coming over to live fulltime, can i get my UK parking badge swaped for a Spainish one or replaced when this one runs out? i've did searches and this subject has been covered before but carnt seen to find the answer to this qustion

Your disabled parking badge from the UK should be the blue European one. As such it can be used anywhere in the EU and shouldn't need changing.

Yes, the blue badge is European...the only snag is that you have to go back to the UK to get it renewed.......form signed by the doctor, then taken to the community centre, then days for them to process it. I have just come back from the UK without mine as it wasn't ready in time....its a bit of a faff, but I miss it!!!

will i be able to get a spainish doctor to fill in the forms and get one that way, as i'll need to regester with one here anyway? and i'll not be going back to the UK much
