Long Term Rental Prices / Market

Hi,

Was after some advice on renting my holiday home. I guess the market is driven by price at the moment and interested to know what would be a reasonable price to rent my Villa out would be.

I have 4 bed, 3 Bathroom Duplex Villa on Mariablanca Urb

Any advice would be much appreciated

Will be interested to read any replies you get as we are thinking about selling our duplex to someone else on our dev who is interested, investing the money and renting long term so that we are not tied down in Spain if we wish to go back to the UK due to the current situation with the £ and investments.
