does anyone use this gym? is it a pay as you go operation or is membership required? also if there is someone who uses it on the board what type of equipment does it have. im mainly interested in the weights area...

Hi there sorry can't help you with the Maxx Gym but can tell you about the Sophia Gym my son goes there and has done for the past year he pays up front and they have a special deal on at the moment 300euros for the year but its only until the end of January you can pay as you go as far as I know though. He has been going to build upper body muscle, you get a health assessment blood pressure bmi, etc an instructor then works out a routine for you which they change as you change he has to have protein shakes as well. It certainly works as he has changed so much in this past year.
