For all of you sitting there in sunny Spain moaning about the drop in property prices, the fall of the pound and the rubbish littering the streets of OC...give a thought to us poor sods back here in dear old Blighty.

Six foot of bloody snow over night - no trains, no buses, Motorways with 30 mile traffic jams, underground suspended Heathrow shut, Luton shut, Gatwick shut. Postman not delivering, dustman not collecting, kids flinging snowballs at you as you slog through the flithy white stuff with the dog!

How much snow????? The maximum I heard was about 10 inches. Nevertheless, it has caused a lot of disruption.

SUNNY?? Where did you get that idea from, it's been grotty the past few days. property prices dropping are here to stay for a while, fall of the pound, dodgy, rubbish all in the streets will always be here, your snow will be gone soon, bet you haven't even noticed the difference with the trains, buses and the dustman not collecting (only kidding). Hope it all gets sorted soon. Preety to look at and that's about it.

It snowed with a vengance again last night guys just to advise all the flights from luton were cancelled yesterday as well so we cant even get over to circulate a little bit of our hard earned cash it feels like every time we do come over some local business has closed down its sad.

Have just heard that back here in the Glorious Peoples Republic of Brownistan we have now run out of salt and grit for the roads!

Good news for you lucky lot down there we have ordered a few tons from Spain - I would guess that will be Torre.

So any of you want a bit of part time work shovelling the white stuff - get down to the Salinas!

Snow

Here in Surrey, to add to the 10 inches or so that we've already got it's now chucking it down again. Main roads not bad but side roads pretty grim, and pavements are awful. roll on May when we can be in the sun.....
