2-3 bed semi wanted to rent playa flamenca

Hi we are looking to rent for a year or two in playa flamenca, [no agents] 2 or 3 bed 2 bath, seperate kitchen, must have front garden south facing, bonus if a back garden,garage or drive to put car in, around 400-450 euros per month, we have no animals,or kids ,and we both do not smoke,we are in our mid 50s, and renting in spain already in another area,we know the area well, and we dont really like quads. thanks

House to rent

Hi, I think that I may have just what you are looking for. My house is three bedroom, has a front and rear garden, a drive that will accomodate two cars and a garage(that has a large sun terrace above). It is beach side and also south facing. Our place is in a nice quiet setting IRIA 4 and it has a nice view of the pool, it has two bedrooms in this bunglow, onbe bedroom and bathroom upstairs and bedroom,bathrooma and living areas.
