signing on in spain

can anyone advise me on the rules to signing on here in Torre?
I have worked here for 4 years out of the last 5 and due to hours being cut am wondering if like in England wages can be topped up

Try enquiring at the AMICS office on the corner opposite the town hall - they are supposed to be all things to all men (and women)
