need advice

hi all. i lost my job here in ireland two months ago and am now on social welfare. i have now decided to make the move over to spain for at leat 8 months with my savings to see how things go. as i am on the dole here in ireland i am allowed to travel to any eu country and receive my irish welfare in that country for 78 days. i have filled out all the necessary forms here in ireland and was told to simply register at the local welfare office in spain within seven days of arriving. so heres my questions .
1. i will be living in rojales so where is my local welfare office.
2. how do i register at the office, i dont speak spanish.

I think your local office would be the one in Orihuela, just down from the bridge. You want to get there about 8.30a.m otherwise you have to wait hours.
Just get a number ticket from reception and wait your turn.
Most of the staff understand English even if they don't speak it too well.
Otherwise take an interpreter with you.
