Torrevieja Town Hall

Looking for the location of the Torrevieja Town Hall. I want to enquire about getting "Padron" when I am over in a few weeks.

In answer to your question though I don't live in Torrevieja and will be corrected if I am wrong
It is adjacent to the Church Square just off Calle Ramon Gallud
Good on you it gives much needed money to the municipality to improve and upgrade the infrastructure everyone who owns a property here on the Costa Blanca should register, as I am sure they want to use the facilities the town provides, you can even regisiter to vote Orihuela did'nt tell us that but when we registered at San Miguel we were given voting forms to fill in

Yes it is where you say but I don't think they issues Padrons there, lots of their functions have to be done in other buildings because the main one is too small - but ask in there and they will direct you....

I think that you will find that only those property owners who live in their property, here in Spain, for the majority of the year should register on the Padron. I think the actual definition is that "they must live habitually in the municipality". Any property owner or tenant of a rental property that is using it only as a holiday home (living in the property for less than 6 months of the year) should not register on the Padron.
