Golf courses near Alicante

Hi,

Am coming to Torrevieja next week & I was wondering which, if any, courses near Alicante are worth a visit.
I am hoping to play at least 2 courses in the area - El Plantino , Alicante or Bonalba.

Any advise is greatly appreciated.

you've picked the 3 best by Alicante. If you fancy a run inland or just below Torrevieja try La Finca or new course at Hacienda de alemo (excuse the spelling) or Mossa trojectum.
I played Bonalba and hacienda last week and both were good.
Give villamartin, campoamor, and alto real a miss. All have some temporary greens.
Make sure to ask when booking tee times to ask if they have temporary greens as it's that time of year.
I played most the local courses over the last month so send me an email if you want more info.

Hi Stievie

A group of 3 of us will be in Torrie from 27th April to 2 May and are looking to join in with any organised outings. I have already arranged a game with the Torrievieja Society but do you know of any other groups that may be having outings.

You'll enjoy your day out with Torry society. I'm a member but won't be in spain that week.
You could try La Zenia golf society. I've not got thier email or phone number but they play out of Bar Med in Cabo Roig. You should be able to find the number for the bar.
There are other societies but i've not got thier details at the moment.
