Torresat - what a load of rubbish

I have spent the past fortnight missing anything worth watching on British TV because the Torresat system keeps falling over.
I have paid 250 Euros to swap from the deceased Telmicro and 20 Euros a month to watch a service which is getting steadily worse.
To add insult to injury Torresat then decide to offer everybody who hadn't switched a FREE switchover with card and then just pay the 20Euros a month - well that says a lot for customer service!!
Last night was the last straw - Comic Relief on all evening (some decent TV at last) what happens - the picture keeps freezing/breaking up and scrambled channel appears, just as it has for the last fortnight. Result I miss the end of The Apprentice, just like I missed the dance off in Dancing on Ice last week.
This morning I joined the long queue at the office in Playa Flamenca, only to be told like many others there was a problem with the transmitter and it would be fixed by lunchtime.

Huh fat chance - it's now 14.30 the TV is off 'again' and the office is very conveniently closed.
Get your act together Torresat - "the best British TV Provider" I don't think so - what a pity you can't be done under Trade Descriptions Act.
I am absolutely disgusted.

Had on their info channel that it would be off for 30 mins that they are improving the service. Back on now! Well the footy is anyway!

I still say it's best to go the FREESAT route with your own dish and give the rebroadcasting bandits the elbow.

I have to agree on this occasion unfortunately not everyone including me can afford the initial outlay to have the freesat system set up so until I can I am stuck with the broken picture/scrambled channel AND no message on mu info channel

COME on Torresat you have taken the money get your act together
