English Estate Agent - Highly recommended

For anybody wanting to buy or sell a property, I can thoroughly recommend an agent who has just successfully sold our apartment for us. He is Darren Gaskin of Blue Lagoon Casas, email darren@bluelagooncasas.com. He got a prospective buyer within a couple of days of being appointed, and has certainly gone out of his way to get the sale completed. We had the now common problem of not having a cedula, but, not to be perturbed, he tracked down our original builder, and discovered that they had it, and were happy to let us have a copy, on production of the necessary documentation. Our solicitors had already told us the the builder didn't have one, but Darren didn't accept that, and he was right. He pushed and badgered people (including me), in order to get things moving along, and got the result in the end. Being resident in the UK, it's really comforting to know that there is somebody out there who is really looking after our interests. He knows that the market is in dire straits, and consequently, he pulls out all the stops, and goes the extra mile (or two) in order to get the sale.

Hi Could you tell me what his rates for selling properties are,thanks.

He doesn't charge a rate for selling the property, he merely adds his commission onto the price you want. I've no idea how much commission he added, I just told him how much I wanted. It's not like the UK where the seller pays commission to the agent out of the selling price.
