Friend looking for commercial property.

A friend is coming from the UK to have a look for somewhere she can open as a bar/restaurant. The last time I posted this someone offered her accomodation as well as showing her properties available. Can anyone help?? I have lost the original contact details when the forum went down.

One thing to keep in mind when you look arround for comercial property is the simple fact that it may apperar as though there is a huge catchment area in the areas that you look at but remember the occupancy over the year is very low in some areas,I have been told as low as 10%.Choose wisely.

we've been over in the middle of August before & the place was dead - some bars were shutting at 11/11:30 because of no trade!

Please, please get your friend to research this very carefully!
