Once again our Torrestat cable system has "No Signal" from this morning. After nearly an hour we finally got through to the Playa Flamenca office and were told that yes, there is a problem which they are trying to resolve. This is not good enough as once again we are paying for a service which is not acceptable. Unlike Telemicro who did not charge for 3/4 months when their system had problems, Torresat have said they have no plans to do this. To anyone planning on having a TV system installed in order to view British chanels, my I highly recommend Torresat NOT to be considered.

We are experiencing the same problem here in La Herrada, Montesinos and I am getting peed off with it.
Why can't Torresat post a explanation on the "forums"

It has been a problem for years you are far better to get a Dish fitted have your own system 3 people on the same system can be almost the price of a years torresat so long term its cheaper and you have more channels and it cant be cut off.
