I wonder if anyone could help pleaes ? I am currently unemployed and signing on every three months to qualify for unemployment benefit. However I have to go back to England in May for a family birthday (Dad's 80th) and my next date for signing on falls whilst I am away. Can I advise them of this fact and sign before (15th) or on my return (27th), or will I lose this benefit ?
