Bosque de las Lomas III

Althoug I'm a relatively new poster here I have been watching and reading for 10months now. (Just got the user Id sorted recently)

As with many of you we are part on the Los Balconies vrigade that were ousted by the planning being revoved. at Los Balconies.
Long story but suffice to say it's sorted now. Anyone want to talk then mail me or PM me.

anyway the latest place in in Bosque de las Lomas III and I have followed with interest the discussion on this board.
Sam and Tim were kind enough to send some piccies of the roads being tarmacc'd where we are , so things are actually moving (at last).
Has anyone any further to add ???

We're off out there on May 15th for a week, part holiday, part Business (NIE nightmare) so anybody want any piccies from Villamartin then this shouldn't be a problem.

I'm offerring as we know only too well how frustrating it is dealing with the developers/agents

Bosque de La Lomas III

Hi Iain

Welcome to the forum - yes, I think most people have had some dealings with Los Balcones - its all a big nightmare. We have been located to Bosque De La Lomas IV - just over the road (near the Irish bar) - there's 12 apartments and 12 villas. We're hoping once everything is finalised, to meet up with the many people we've spoken to on the forum.

Hi, does anybody know what is going to be built at the bottom of Bosque de lomas 3 (next to the semi)? The last time we were over they had dug a big hole and were filling it with concrete. The plans say commercial but that could be anything! Cheers
