J & J services (anyone heard of them)

Hello i am new to this site. We own a property in Los Dolces and are looking at getting a small strip of garden either tiled or covered in concrete it is about 15m SQ, we have had a quote from J & J Services however we have never used them before so we would appreciate any feedback if anyone has used them before or if anyone can suggest another tiler or builder?
