Can anyone advise how a denuncia is obtained and having obtained it exactly what are the consequences of its existance upon the person or group of persons againsy whom it is taken out.
For "denuncia" substitute the phrase "make a complaint to the Police (or relevant authority)". Think about it in those terms or if you were doing it in England and the answer comes out "depends..........."
