disgusted with builder/agent

It seems like some off these bulders and agents can get away with telling you anything they like.

We bought off plan in may03 for a Dec 04 completion.

We have plagued the life off our agent to try and get some answers as to when our apartment would be started let alone finished.

In march 05 we were finaly told that the builder had problems with the infrastructure and had to have the plans re-approved.

It is now nearly may and he is still supposedly putting in the so called infrastructure and they still won`t give us a start date.

We were offered an alternative at bosque de la Lomas with an estimated completion date off July 05 but with an EXTRA 30,000 euros to pay.

We are really peed off with the whole situation and don`t know where to go to get HELP?
