fiestas between 22nd and 31st july

We have been coming over to apartment reguarly for three years now but have yet to see a fiesta!!!!!
We do Keep trying to find them but they are always somewhere else to where we are?
Or the dates given are wrong or times etc etc
Anyhow this time i would really really like to see a fiesta and i beleive the moors and christians ones may be on can anyone give me any info on dates, places and times.
