Electric upgrade

I know this one has been done to death but has anyone got the number of a reliable and reasonable electrician in the Los Altos /Playa Flamenca area.

I am in town during the wek of 21st May and would like to have my apartment upgraded in order to be able to boil a kettle and listen to the radio at the same time!!
