suggestions for transport/car hire

I am flying to Murcia Apt on 18th September for 10 days and have been quoted very high prices for car hire. Has anyone any suggestions or a car for hire for this period. I am a 52 year old male with a full clean UK driving license and own a property in the Torrevieja area.

Unfortunately it is a fact of life things are not cheap nowadays the banks are not giving silly money to the car hire firms so the fleets are smaller

Highly reccomend F&C. Good bunch of people and not rip off prices. Very obliging in where they will collect and return people from. I couldnt get to and from there office in VillaMartin. Collection and return to home was no problem. Will only use them from now.

They offer low cost car hire with great range of hire cars to choose.
