The whole point of an emergency exit is to be able to escape quickly in case of a fire or similar, the club was in full swing with over 170 people and the emergency exit had been padlocked by the owners. If there were to be a fire the party goers could be trapped inside and killed.

by all means padlock it when the place is closed but all exits should be open when the place is working
they should have the licence taken away putting peoples lives at risk for monetary gainComentario

Places like this should be closed down for a month on a first off Offence and incress the punishment after that. That would help cut it out.Comentario
