When we first moved in the electric and water bill was sent to my home in UK As soon as the urbanisation was officially recognised they were sent to my address in Spain.

Ibedrola has a website and I think the water company does as well.

Yes. We pay by standing order and the statements come regularly to our Torrevieja postbox.
I suggest you look at the Iderborola website as Andy says. If no joy you should be able to talk to someone in English at the Iderborola Office in Torrevieja which is not far from the main square. I think it is only open to the public at certain times of the day and closed one weekday. Pening times are posted outside the offices.
      Best of Luck

I think post gets sent to the nearest Post office until an urbanisation's mail boxes come into operation. You can collect your mail from the post office - however they do not hang onto it for very long. Uncollected mail is dumped.
It may be your address is wrong with utilities - sometimes the urbinisation's name is not known at the start and they just guess.

          Thanks for the info

Will wait and see when I get back out in July if I have any post.
Doe both the water and electrical suppliers have offices in Torrevieja.
If so does anyone actually have the full address of both?
Just to save me walking around in circles

          Thanks

          George
