Try Restaurante MIRAMAR, in the Torrevieja center (in front of the sea).

It´s a very good fish restaurant !!

The sole in here is really good, though can't say we've ever had anything there that wasn't good.

By the way what has gone wrong with the weather,rain ,storms,ice etc

No it's not normal for September, it's lashing it down again at the moment with lots of thunder and lightening. Been out in the conservatory watching it, it's like a river down our road.
