storage space/shed ??

i would like to have a storage room built at the bottom of my drive,nothing to big just to store a couple of bikes and sun beds and the like,it would only need two walls and a roof because my neighbour behind me has one built and my next door neighbours dividing wall makes the other two,if you see what i mean, i had a quote about twelve months ago but was not prepared to pay what i think was a silly amount,
has anyone had this sort of work done and at what cost,and would i need planning permision

Yes you would need permition as it's a permanent structure. You might think about a self assembly shed such as advertised at the moment in 'Brico house'. 2.5 mtrs x 1.75 selling at 795 euros, just a thought.
