My husband has been organising a Charity football tournament every October for the last 3 years
It started off quite small having only 2 teams "The Torrevieja Misfits" and the "South Yorkshire Police " The first year they raised 1400 euro .
The following year they raised 1300 euro.
It has grown from 2 teams to 4 teams competing and we have two teams flying over from the UK namely "The South Yorkshire Police" and a team from the NE of England called "The Seaham Casuals "
The two Spanish teams are called "The Torrevieja Misfits" and The "Policia Local De Pilar De La Horadada"
Next year we will have another two teams who have heard about it and want to take part
The tournament will be held at the Sports Pabellon in Pilar De La Horadada on next Saturday 3 Oct kickoff at 12 noon ... the money raised will be in aid of the the Charity "Las Caritas"
The local tv and newspapers will be in attendance
Why not come along and help this worthy charity ?
