Sala Mar Chic Bar at Torre harbour

does anybody know how to get to this, have seen pictures but cant seem to figure out where it is, i know where the harbour is near the new metal structure in front of casino bar/cafe and the pier is near the car park and the submarine, do i walk to the end of the pier or is this bar somewhere else
