I am considering placing my property in Guardamar, with a reputable management company that would market it for rental and arrange hand over etc

Does anyone have any genuine reccomendations?

How often do you get to rent your property

How much would you expect to get for a new 2 bed house, pool etc

Am I nuts?

Any advise would be appreciated
