Help with outlook express

Hi all
Can someone tell me please how i can set my outlook express up with ADSL telefonica, i am running windows XP.

Sorry I don't use outlook, but when I connected to Telefonica ADSL I just down loaded Incredimail.com and use that much more fun!!

you need to create the account in outlook express
i dont know what telefonicas pop3 and smtp are someone on here will know

should be something like pop.telefonica.net and smtp.telefonica.net

your email address
username
password
Pop 3 sever
SMTP sever
and you can use outlook no problem

Wendy has confirmed it
just click
tools - accounts - add
then enter the details as described and you can then use outlook as your email editor
