Is anyone else having problems with Torresat TV? In September they did not collect the direct debit from our bank, despite their being more than enough money in our account, then charged us 5€ reconnection fee. They did the same thing in October so the lovely young lady in the CAM Bank in Cabo Roig called them and found out they had decided to collect the payment using a different CIF number without bothering to inform us or the bank so the bank had rejected them. The young lady in the bank confirmed which CIF number they would be using and updated the records accordingly. This month they have cut us off again!!! This time they thought they would be clever and cut us off on a Friday so that we had no TV all weekend. We checked with our bank and the CIF number on the system is the same one Torresat confirmed they were using. I'm sick to the back teeth with these idiots. Is anyone else having problems? We paid up again this morning and at 4.15pm we have still not been connected and have been told it is taking so long because they have a long list to do. Presumably they are trying to con other people into paying the reconnection fee for their mistakes as well.
Does anyone know of any companies doing free installation? They have us all by the unmentionables because they know we would have to pay 300€ to get another system installed.
